The technology park (PTA) in Málaga's district Campanillas is a sort of Silicon Valley in Andalusia. More than 600 companies are based in the PTA and employ more than 20.000 people who are mainly working in the areas of new technologies and media. The companies in this lovingly maintained park are surrounded by numerous plants, trees and lakes. A walk through the park is always worthwhile. Those who come by car must register in advance.
